Frequently asked
Prints, originals, commissions, shipping and payment — the things people ask before they collect.
Are the prints signed?
Yes. Every open-edition print carries Rushika Garg’s signature, so each one is unmistakably from the studio.
What are the prints made of?
Giclée fine-art prints on 240gsm archival paper, produced with pigment inks at a professional lab — the detail of the original, built to last decades without fading.
Can I buy an original, not just a print?
Absolutely. Each original is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. Browse the works and use “Enquire to collect” on any available piece — the studio replies personally.
Do you take commissions?
Yes — including custom car portraits and personal commissions in the chrome-realism style. Start on the commissions page and tell us what you have in mind.
How do I pay?
After you enquire, the studio confirms the details and sends you a secure payment link — PayPal for international buyers, or a Razorpay link within India. Your card details go to the payment provider, never to us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide — rolled, tracked and protected. Timelines, packing and customs are covered in full on our shipping page.
How long until my print arrives?
Prints are made to order — allow 3–5 business daysfor production, plus delivery time to your region. You’ll get tracking once it ships.
Will the colours match exactly?
We work hard to keep prints faithful to the original, but every screen and every print run varies a little. A print is a beautiful reproduction — never a pixel-perfect clone of the original artwork.
How should I care for my print?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and frame it behind glass or acrylic. Treated well, a pigment giclée print holds its colour for decades.
Can I return a print?
Prints are made to order, so there are no change-of-mind returns — but if yours arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we replace or refund it. See the refund policy.
