Privacy policy

• When you use the enquiry form: your name, email address and the message you send us (including which piece or print you are asking about).
• When you place an order: the shipping name and address needed to deliver it, and any details you share by email.
• Basic technical data your browser sends to keep the site working. The site does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers; if we add any, we will update this policy and this page will say so.

We do not collect or store your full payment-card details. All payments are processed by trusted third parties (such as PayPal or Razorpay) on their own secure systems — your card information goes to them, never to us.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a work, print or commission.
• To confirm, produce and ship an order you have placed.
• To keep a record of our correspondence and your order so we can support you afterwards.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you have clearly asked us to, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Only the partners needed to fulfil what you asked for, and only the data they need:

• Payment providers (e.g. PayPal, Razorpay) to take payment.
• The print lab and shipping carrier, to produce and deliver your order — this is where your shipping address goes.

Enquiries submitted through the site are stored in encrypted form, and access is limited to the studio. We keep order and enquiry records only as long as needed to support you and to meet any legal or tax obligations, then remove them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email rushikagstudio@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local data-protection law, which we will always honour.
