rushikafineart.com is the studio website of Rushika Garg (RFA Studio), selling original artworks, open-edition fine-art prints and commissioned work. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “the studio” refer to Rushika Garg. You can reach us any time at rushikagstudio@gmail.com.

• Original works are one-of-a-kind. Once a piece is sold or reserved, it is no longer available, and listing a work on the site is not a guarantee it remains available at the moment you enquire.
• Prints are open-edition reproductions of original works, made to order specifically for you.
• We photograph and describe every piece as faithfully as we can. Colours and finish may vary slightly between screens, and a print will never be identical to the original artwork.

Most purchases begin as an enquiry. An enquiry is a request, not a binding order — a sale is only confirmed once the studio has replied, agreed the details (piece, size, price, shipping) and payment has been arranged. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if a piece is no longer available or a listing contained an error; if you have already paid in that case, you receive a full refund.

• Print prices are shown in US dollars. Original and commission pricing is confirmed with you directly.
• Prices, availability and this policy may change at any time, but changes never affect an order already confirmed.
• Payment is handled by trusted third-party providers (such as PayPal or Razorpay). We never see or store your full card details — see our Privacy Policy.
• International buyers may be charged in their local currency by the payment provider, and bank or currency-conversion fees are outside our control.

Every artwork, image, and all text on this site is the intellectual property of Rushika Garg and is protected by copyright. Buying an original or a print transfers ownership of that physical item only — it does not transfer copyright or any reproduction rights.

You may not reproduce, copy, resell as a reproduction, or use any work commercially without written permission from the studio. Personal enjoyment of a piece you have purchased is, of course, exactly the point.

Delivery, returns and commissioned work are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
